MEET OUR STAFF

Dave Renfroe is a native of Frankfort, Kentucky. He has served churches for the past twelve years as Senior Pastor, and has also been a part of revivals and youth crusades throughout the south. Bro. Dave is a pastor whose heart is to reach the lost for Christ. He has seen many come to know the life changing power of Jesus Christ.

Bro. Dave is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College. He also holds a Master of Arts from the North Carolina College of Theology.

In October of 2003, Bro. Dave accepted the pastorate of Crestview Baptist Church in Lakeland, Florida. He previously served the Cloverport Baptist Church in Cloverport, Kentucky, where they were honored by the Kentucky Baptist Convention for being #1 in the state per capita in baptisms. Since coming to Crestview he has led the church in a time of transition and has already seen over 250 come to know the Lord.

Pastor Renfroe and his wife, Julie, are blessed with three children. Chase is 16, Meg is 12, and Gabriel is 5 years old.

Bill Leahy came on staff at Crestview in February of 2003. He has been married to his wife Terry for 29 years and has two children, Michael and Lisa. He also is the proud grandparent of four. Bill serves in many capacities including Sunday School, children, and discipleship training for Crestview. Bill's passion is to see people saved and grow in their relationship to Christ.

Steve Rippy has been serving full time in ministry for 6 years. His heartbeat is to see teenagers come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to help them grow in their relationship with other Christians and with the Lord. Steve and his wife Katie have been serving at Crestview since January of 2006.
